Shweta Aprameya is heading the Business Management and Growth group in FINO. Shweta is part of the senior management team to lead a cross functional portfolio. Her key responsibility is to develop new business opportunities and drive strategic projects in the company. Her teams include New Product Development, Business Planning and Marketing & Communications.

Shweta brings with her, experience in varied specialties such as Top Management Engagement, Customer Relations, Business Ideation & Incubation, Product Marketing and Strategic Business Planning. She is a highly dedicated professional with dynamic leadership skills and business acumen to deliver extraordinary results by assisting financial institutions and government organizations to drive sustainable business models. She has been part of executive committee to lead strategic projects and evangelize emerging business opportunities in India, Brazil, China, S. Africa, SEA and CLA.

Shweta holds a Masters in Economic Management & Policy and a BA (Economics Honors).
